I hate this semster. I'm taking my final history course for my undergrad, but have until hopefully next year for graduation. I finish one assignment and the prof. tells us we have another one due. I had a 15 page paper for my history course on the history of soccer and an 8 pg paper on divorce for my sociology class. Next semester is my Legal writing course and two other classes I'm not looking forward to taking. I have to study for LSATS and take them next year..I would love to go to Duke for my law degree!! I'm a commuter student and it sucks I take a 4 hour train ride two hours back and fourth, which sucks! in the winter!! However, I know that one day it will be all worth it when I get to work as a corporate lawyer and hopefully making good money as well as doing what I love.
I'm a second year law student and it's horrible. Everyone lied when they said it would get easier after first year. My finals start two weeks from today and end on Dec 11th. So close to being done, but I have so much to learn! And 2 papers to finish/edit. Sigh.
@Boston Bee: Please don't tell me that!!! hahah Luckily, my undergrad law prof. through so much work at us I think I may be able to handle law school, but don't want to over estimate anything ha
Nineteen credits. Senioritis. Ergh. I was done with school about fifteen years ago, but the whole "give yourself way too much to do so you can graduate on time!" thing really did me in this semester.
I WANT TO BE DONE. AAAAAGH. *headdesk*
yes. 5 classes, 3 of which are studio. i can't even think about it.
I have a 30 page min. paper due tomorrow that is at 40 pages and still has holes...I HATE papers, and this is by far the longest I've ever written!
I'm going INSANE and have been neglecting all my other homework (2 masters classes)..I've actually feared flunking out this semester, even though I have 3.7 undergrad & master so far..I'm also working full-time + I know it will all be worth it in the end but

@cannotwait: you're killing yourself!!! AHHHH Luckily, right now I have the luxury of living home and focusing soley on studying, but when law school comes around I will be dying :(
luckily DH is AMAZING throughout it all, but I've seriously considered medication this semester! I've had nightmares and told people not to ask me about my paper, ha!
There are a lot of complicated reasons I "need to" finish this semester, mostly due to my job, but the fun one is, then we can try to have a baby! (There's now way I'm giving up caffeine & wine until I graduate!)
hahaha definitely...wine and caffeine got me through 18 credits and the two most insane law courses I will ever have for undergrad and will need to take in law school (Law and Lit. and Legal Research) gross..I despise legal research with a passion GOODLUCK!!!
This semester is really hard, but I keep telling myself the next (my last) will be even worse! I'm more frightened for that than I am stressed about this semester. I'll be doing my capstone and a lot of other intensive classes AND getting ready for the wedding!
oooh, I remember my capstone semester...it was a lot of work but VERY rewarding! It's been one of the most used classes now that I am working full-time...
