Me or if I can't do it- we get my FI's dad. My FI is a businessman & doesn't have a handy bone in his body. lol his mom always teases him about it.
HA .. hands down ..ME.. hahah my dad wants to get the FI DIY books as a wedding gift ..lol lol lol I hang curtain rods, hang ceiling fans, use thepower tools more than he does.. secretly I love power tools ..shhh!! 
I'm the house and yard person (washing machines, sinks, etc.), SO is the technology guy (pcs, tvs, etc.)
oh im the handy one!
ive even taking carpentry courses, i own the power tools, built stuff around the house and for others and hes even once woken me up from a nap asking me to do some chisel work on a new door so his dad can fit a it in one of our rooms! im also the crafty one; make my own picture frames (inc cutting the glass), sew ect
but i wont touch anything electric - thats his thing, he're rewired our entire house and i wont even change a light globe because electricity freaks me out so much. and dont ask me to explain what remote works with what in our house and god help me to figure out Tivo - im IT stupid
HAHA.. love that you ladies are so handy!! So I just had to update .. yesterdat.. My FI asked me to change the line on the weed wacker.. he didn't know how.. LOL LOL

Me- totally! To facilitate selling our last place in time, I installed a remote controlled ceiling fan light, painted every room of the apt- including those with 13 foot ceilings, built a mantle piece and installed it myself using a french cleat (amazing yet simple things, those). I even took the photos for the realtor to use on the web and the apt sold in only two weeks! After all that, I didn't feel bad requesting that the $5,000 we made from it be used to buy furniture for the new place! What about him, you ask? Well, ONCE after we'd been together for, oh, five years, he asked me if we had a vacuum!

I'm feeling all kinds of handy right now. I just hung up three pictures and a shelf. I know it doesn't sound like a big accomplishment, but these projects have been waiting to be done for the past six months.
So let me ask you...who is more handy - you or your fiance?
