This is for a little project I'm working on. 
To make this fair, please exclude the photographer you booked.
I'm absolutely in LOVE with W.Scott Chester! He's a local Atlanta photographer, and I just adore his aesthetic. He's about 150% of our budgeted amount for a photographer (actually, almost double, now that I think about it!), but we're trying to find out if we can fit him in!
I have to say that Anne Ruthman is one of my favorites. (Anne are you reading?!?!) I am so happy with who we chose for sure .... but I just can't quit stalking Anne's blog and now I get to stalk her here. She is a local photographer to us, which makes it even more like "oooh we could have had her!" ha.
Oh, so sad that I have to exclude Annie X... she's my dream, but I've booked her. Beside her, I love Punam and Anne. Skye Blu is fabulous (and has done several of my friends' weddings so I've seen a ton of her weddings). Oh also, Ben Chrisman is the best! I love everything to do with photographers and photography.
I definitely have to say Leigh Miller. Her pictures are absolutely gorgeous!

Darn, this is hard! I would say a combination of Jose Villa and Max Wanger. Jose because he is just so talented on ALL levels and I know every picture would be goregous...Max because he is so crazy good at quirky editorial style shoots and interesting compositions. Um and maybe SOTA as well. Haha, I'm always bad at just choosing one =)!
I know so many more now that I wish I had known before:

-Tec Petaja

I would love to do a TTD shoot with any of them since I couldn't have them on my real wedding day!
Bearing in mind that I have not met her personally I would say my dream photographer is Punam Bean! Yes, she's a WeddingBee Pro but surprisingly that is not how I found her.
I love her photography style, she sounds super sweet in email. And my absolute favorite part about her style is that they just exude happiness and laughter. It cinched the deal when I saw the plethora of happy pictures of children at weddings enjoying themselves. So many photographers take solemn pictures of kids sitting/hiding somewhere, looking like they desperately wished they were somewhere else.
But, alas, she is SO completely out of budget. Photography is super important to me but it has to still be within budget.
My dream photographer originally were the Tran's in New Orleans. Their work is gorgeous and they are just known in New Orleans as the ultimate photographers to book.
However, budget didn't allow, and things worked out for us because our photographer right now is AWESOME!
I heart Miss Meatball's photographer, Dan Chen. I wish I could get him. I also love Anne, Emilie, Jerry, and Punam on Weddingbee Pro. Well, I love all of them on Weddingbee Pro...
ETA: I'm also digging Edyta Szyszlo and Candice Cusic if you need non Weddingbee Pro photographers Mrs. Bee!
I love our photographer, but my other favorites include:
Kate Rose out of Boston, MA - She is amazing at capturing special moments
Snap! Photography out of RI - amazing detail shots and I love their photo dates
Jerry Yoon- I love his engagement shoots! So creative!
Kim Anne Photography out of Burlington, IA. She's absolutely fantastic, but her prices were way out of my price range.

I haven't hired a photographer yet, but my dream one is Ray Anthony. He has studios in California and Las Vegas. I love his work so much.
My dream photogs are not up and coming, really, but it would be a tie between Todd Rafolovich in San Francisco and Robert Evans in L.A.
Todd's images are just breathtaking. Some of them look like paintings.
Robert's eye for detail is astounding and his candids of bride/groom & guests are perfect encapsulations of emotion. I've met him a number of times and he's a lovely person to boot. And he shot TomKat's wedding!

I LOVE Anne Ruthman's work. I check her blog all the time and love her amazing photos. Unfortunately, our budget wouldn't have worked out, but she would have been my dream choice. :)
I love Junshien's work and I just found out my cousin is friends with him! Too bad we're already married

It's so hard to pick! I tend to find new ones every day. For now, I'd say Ben Chrisman and Amelia Lyon. Also, I just discovered Aaron Delesie, who is amazing.

I love Anne Ruthmann and Jose Villa. Also Jasmine Star. I used to like Jessica Claire, but her stuff feels a little tired now. I also like Jennifer Hudson of Olive Avonlea. And I like The Image Is Found. Are we even allowed to have more than one?
Wow besides our photographer who was our dream Travis Hoehne. I love Jennifer Kloss and and Jennifer Skog. I think that video madness is amazing with their photography but especially their videography (which seems to be quickly cut from most budgets)

I love love love the work by Bryan Johnson and the rest of his team over at www.abryanphoto.com. I went to college with several of them, and they do such amazing work! But alas, they were WAY out of my price range!
Wow I have several...well the first 2 would be our PROs Leigh Miller and Amelia Lyon. I would also love to work with Jose Villa, Our Labor of Love, Jasmine Starr and...well you get the idea.
I LOVE ours, Ashley Colhouer...but I also am a big fan of Tec Petaja and Ben Chrisman

Michael Leslie is my DREAM photog. All of his picts are stunning! He's pricey, but he creates photojournalistic GOLD!
I would love to shoot with Jasmine Star.

Some of the others have mentioned her, but I also really love Jessica Claire's work. Sadly, she's way over my budget :0(
Well, I thought I was going to be the first to say ABryanPhoto, but alas August15 got there first. Love their work, but they are way out of our budget...which I thought was pretty big until I checked out their prices.
I also adore Jose Villa's work and Leigh Miller.
I would love to work with Randal Lee Photography. He is amazing! Unfortunately he is about $2500 over my budget, but he has an awesome personality and his wife is his second shooter!
I second Junshien as he is my photographer.
Scott Roberts is another one I love. I also love all those mentioned above such as Punam, Jasmine Starr, Anne Ruthman, Jennifer Skog, Jose Villa, Tec Petaja, Jerry Yoon, Ben Chrisman.
And how about the ultra awesome photo gods like Yervant, Jesh de Rox, and Joe Buissink *drool*
I love Bharat Parmar. I don't know that we'll be able to afford him but if I could choose anyone it would definitely be him. I love his style, it's a mix of photojournalistic & traditional.
