When I was dress shopping, I found that every time I really liked one, it was a Casablanca. So I’ll say that for my favorite.

I’m a fan of lazaro dresses. Just the detail, amazing. Of course i dont love ALL his dresses but a vast majority. Also this australian designer had gorgeous dresses though I soon forgot his name when i realized i could never have one 😛

Inbal Dror, but I just don’t have the body for those dresses. Or the money.

Lazaro… he handles all the little details really well. Lovely lace, nice cut, movement in the skirts and so on. 🙂

Too bad I will never be able to spend that much money on a dress though.

elie saab, monique lhuillier, paolo sebastian, zuhair murad and j’aton couture. Their gowns are exquisite. they are works of art. I could never wear one though for 2 reasons, i would never spend that kind of cash on it lol and i wouldnt want such an overpowering dress on a day thats supposed to be about pure love between myself and my fi, it would take away from the meaning of our big day.

I ended up with something veryyyyy classic and simple (go figure)

I really love Rosa Clara, Claire Pettibone, Jenny Packham, and Martina Liana–but I ended up going with a Maggie Sottero. I LOVE Maggie Sottero’s dresses. They are just so beautifully detailed and flattering–especially on real women with curves!

I also love Dolly Couture’s short 50s dresses. I originally thought I might go with one of those, but I ended up changing my mind and going with a full length Maggie gown.

Monique Lhuillier and Claire Pettibone.  They are both well outside of anything I would every be able to spend, but I am constantly drawn to their designs.

Definitely Pronovias.  I was hooked after a trip to Spain before being engaged.  My 2nd favorite would be Matthew Christopher.  He does some amazinf things with fabric.
