I was just related to her the most… Seeing the good in people, close relationship to her dad, love of reading. She’s the best!

I have always loved Aurora, I think the dresS changing colors while she danced was what did it for me when I was little!

    Out of those, Cinderella.

But my favorite princess in a Disney movie is Nala, from The Lion King. Even though they never count her because she’s not human, she was still “married” to the prince/king.

I was always in love with Ariel but shes not an option 🙁 i loved her because of her independence. And she lives in the sea, where I feel most peaceful myself. Plus shes a mermaid. Automatic badass.

I also loved Jasmine because she was sassy and had a pet tiger.

Of the choices, Belle – probably because it was my first fairy tale.  🙂

But I really love Rupunzel from Tangled.  I love how strong willed and feisty she is, plus the whole thing about her parents never giving up on finding her gets me every time!  And the floating lanterns are awesome!

@mepayne:  +1 for Nala.  Strong, powerful, take-what-she-wants. With claws.

Of those choices, definitely Tiana! Independence, big dreams, and a big heart.

Of the choices, I loved Belle because she was most like me – odd girl among her peers, bookworm, and she has the only prince with long hair (aside from beast mode), which I’m attracted to.

Now that I’m older, she’s still one of my favorites but now it’s because of all those reasons PLUS because I realize she’s one of the first Disney princesses who started to do things for herself. As much as I love Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Snow White, they were kind of pathetic and just waiting around for a man. Belle was more proactive.

Mulan is my ultimate favorite, though.

Belle – An awkward, geeky reader who falls in love with a rather anti-social man.

My favorite was always Belle because she’s kind of a nerd :). If The Princess and the Frog had came out when I was little, it might have been one of my favorites, though! I love how Tiana is so self-confident and motivated.
