Looks like I was beat to the answer! I saw that dress also on an episode of David Tutera's "My Fair Wedding" on WE.

Its Jim Hjelm for sure. Actually a sample dress to show all the colors to you. You can order it like this as well. Just have never had anyone brave enough to do it yet. Its a great dress
It is definitely the Jim Hjelm sample. Just a warning if your ladies are busty this number just doesn't work. It is kind of like WOWZA. It is a very pretty dress though
I have to second the comment about this dress not being the best if your maids are busty and also add that it wasn't terribly flattering (read: it looked pretty unflattering) on all of my "non-model" sized maids. That not only includes my size 14 bridesmaid, but it also includes the size 8 with a great hourglass shape. Go figure.
OBSESSED with this dress but I want to see what other colors look like. Does anyone have more pictures of this dress in other colors or know where i can find them? i dont want to order the dresses just off the swatches from the website.
