I know I can’t be the only one that plans on having an after wedding sale of decor! I have also decided to sell my wedding gown, veil, shoes, crinoline, bridal jewelry. I just don’t see the sense in keeping any of this stuff after my wedding, it will only take up space. And why not give another future bride the chance to buy/decorate the wedding of her dreams on a budget. Just wondering if any other bee’s feel the same way?

I’m keeping some of my stuff (or rather, my parents are) because I have two younger sisters. So they’re keeping the table cloths and things like that. I don’t know why, but when they offered to pay for that stuff it became theirs to keep. 🙂 It was kind of the point of them paying for it in the first place.
I’m trying to sell my wedding dress, but no dice so far. It’s a bit out there and plus-size, but still…no luck so far.
I’m keeping my veil and my bouquet for myself, but really that’s it. I’m keeping my veil and I may let my sisters borrow it (if it’s even their taste) and a future daughter or maybe daughter-in-law? I love my veil a lot though. My bouquet was a “bling bouquet” and I’ll pass it down as well if they want it.
