This may be a silly question, but who sets those things up? the venue? A coordinator? I wanted to buy sashes online but who sets this up? I know I could find a rental company who would set it up, just wondering who does it when you buy online.

if you are getting them from a rental company- the rental company will set up. if you have a day of coordinator- her team will help if there is mention of it and its in contract- if you buy them- you or family or friends you enlist to help will have to set up..
i had a day of coordinator from the hotel we were having the reception there- i also rented my chair covers– the chair cover rental place had a team of 6 doing the chairs when the day of coordinator and her team were doing the tables and napkins..
