Once the bridal party, bride, and groom come into the reception and are seated, we are going to have a welcoming speech to welcome and thank friends and family coming to our wedding. Who should give the speech? The groom or the host(my parents and his parents)?

Good question! I never really thought about it!
Probably our dads. Just because my FI isn’t huge on public speaking. Neither am I! I’m even nervouse to just say “I do”! :S
