Why not just have two matrons of honor? It would split up the traditional MOH work for them, and you would get to show them both how much they mean to you.

I have two (Maid and Matron).  I think that it’s nice to have co-MOH’s to split up the work.  Given that one of mine is pregnant and one is preparing for a major trial, it’s also working out really well b/c they really can just split tasks.

I had my sister (who is married) be the Matron of Honor and my best friend since childhood be my Maid of Honor.

My maid of honor actually stood next to me, but only because my sister was way taller than the best man and we didn’t want anyone feeling uncomfortable!

I would say have two or don’t have any.
