So I've invited my officiant and her partner to both my rehearsal dinner and my reception.  But what about my day of coordinator?  She'll be at the rehearsal - should I invite her and her husband to the rehearsal dinner?  And the church has a coordinator that you have to hire to use the church.  Should I invite her and her husband to the rehearsal and/or the reception?  I don't want to be rude and leave someone out but I also need to keep a watch on the pricetag.  Advice needed!

i was wondering similar things...do i invite the significant others of the groomsmen and bridesmaids to the rehearsal dinner?  they obviously don't need to be at the rehearsal, right?

dboe - I would say don't bother inviting the church coordinator.  Inviting the DOC you hired along with her partner would be a nice gesture but probably not necessary if you're tight on budget/numbers.

e - Yes you should invite the significant others of GM's and BM's to the rehearsal dinner.  They don't need to participate in the rehearsal itself but it's not uncommon for them to attend the rehearsal anyway.  They should definitely be invited to the dinner though.

dboe, don't sweat inviting either coordinator to your rehearsal dinner unless you're extrememly close to your DOC and don't consider her an "employee". Sounds a wee bit harsh, but true when you have to draw a financial line somewhere!

E, yes to the SO's of your bridal party; they traditionally attend the rehearsal as well.
