The test said boy for us, but we won't get a confirmation on that until the baby comes out. :) However, my husband was already convinced the baby is a boy, so this just confirmed his "sixth sense."
the chinese gender calendar said boy but we're having a girl, so it was wrong for us :]
...Have you tried taking this test based on when your parents had you? We did this at work once, and it was wrong for me and 3 other girls lol.
It was correct for us as well... In fact, all the gender predictors worked for us (your sibs birth order) etc.
I on the other hand was convinced we were having a boy :p
I am not sure of all the tests the hubs took but he told me that every single one said that the baby would be a boy. With the odds against a little girl, we were all sure it would have been a boy as well. She really did shock us all.
I am just so glad that I can start shopping now. I bought the crib bedding this morning :)
I did this and it said we were having a girl (which we did), but I was still in denial because I wanted a boy soooo bad. LOL Of course now I wouldnt change anything because who doesnt like having a little mini-me running around the house! LOL
Everything we took said boy and we're having a girl. I was convinced it was a boy too! It's hard to swallow all the thoughts you had about the time you'd spend with your little boy and replace those with a little girl. I was disappointed at first, but I'm getting more and more excited now!
They've all said girl for me both times and were right both times. I too was in denial at first becuase I really wanted a boy but I adore my first daughter and can't wait to meet my new little girl!
I used it in conceiving my daughter. It was correct. After the fact, I ried to determine whehter or not it was correct for other family. To the best I could determine, it was correct for everyone. (But the "?" is you need to know the date of conception, if I remember correctly. And trying to go back to figure that might lead to errors.)
@Tanya - I think the one I took wanted to know the month of conception and how old I was at that time. That is much easier than trying to determine the date of conception but I guess it can lead to more errors too.

Obviously nothing is 100% accurate in determining the sex (minus detailed US and other tests) but have any of you taken the Ancient Chinese Birth Chart quiz to determine the sex of your baby? Was it right for you?
If you haven't take the test from Parents.com and see if it was correct or get an idea...
As for us, it was wrong. Pretty funny because all these little quizzes my hubs took all said a boy. Whoops! :) Good thing I didn't start buying until it was confirmed!
