I’d love to be a part of this!!! I’ve been using my fitness pal since July, following a low carb way of eating, been exercising regularly, and have lost  19lbs. I have 13lbs more to go to reach my goal weight, but i really want to focus on getting my body fat percentage down.

Meal plannng and prepping help save me loads of stress and time! I figured out last night what our meals are going to be over this weekend and next week, based on what we have already. I wrote it in an app on my phone. I also made a shopping list of things we need to buy. I try to do most of my meal prep on the weekends. Lunches are mandatory to be made ahead as we only have 30 min break. This weekend i’m working on making breakfast aheead as well. Breakfast burritios to be specific. I have the breakfast sausage cooking now in my crockpot, I will add the eggs, peppers, and spices when the meat is done.

I also like meal planning because then I know when we will be using our leftovers and fresh veggies.

Woohoo! Let’s get this girls!!!

Ooh can I join in?

I’m getting married in June next year and am halfway to my target weight…21 lbs down, 21 lbs to go! I started in July and have been using myfitnesspal along with h.i.i.t/circuit training.

buggy09:  I have No accountability to myself. I started a workout plan in sept.. 6 weeks later no change. I was actually working really hard and I thought eating well. Then I gave up. Went on our vacation. And obviously came back with a couple extra lbs. maybe this would be useful for me. find out where I’m making mistakes. Good idea!

I’m in! Got MFP in Aug, started refining my diet in Sept with sober / sugarless / stretching Sept & started counting my steps with FitBit, and added JM 30DS in Oct and Dailey Method in Nov!

So far I’m down 13 lbs, with 13 lbs to go but the most exciting part is that I’m down a pant size and a cup size! For a sub 5′ tall person, those inches really show up!

incremental changes are really working for me. there’s enough variety that I’m never bored and I don’t feel deprived. I’m excited about roasted yams without any added sugars (spices and evoo only!) and if I’m super busy, I just do 30DS in 30 min. Otherwise I go to Dailey (25 classes in 30 days!) and I focus intensely for an hour and have quality me time.

can’t wait to see what else is working for everyone so I can include it in my routine / lifestyle

Im in! I just stsrted back at WW again. I did well the first time around but fell off of it!

Need help in the food prepping area.
