That’s pretty cool! I don’t know anyone who’s tried out for the show, but I might give it a try, just for fun

A trip to NYC would be so fun!  To audition or otherwise.  Maybe I should talk FH into it… it’ll be just around the time for our once-every-two-month-visit.  Maybe we could have a bee meet-up at the same time??

OMG! I wish I had known about this last year!! I totally would have auditioned. It sounds like anyone getting married before November isn’t qualified. Good luck ladies 🙂

I know, I love shouting out the answers at home, but I’m sure it’s much more difficult under the bright lights with all eyes on you!

I just submitted an application (for an audition slot) and am waiting to hear back!!

I was on the Meredith Viera version my freshman year of college. The audition was held in a hotel ballroom, and everyone had to take a fifty-question multiple choice test. A certain percentage of the top scorers (they didn’t tell us what you had to score to be in the top tier) were interviewed as possible contestants. They told us we would be placed in a "contestant pool" and would receive a call if they wanted us for the show. I had no idea if I would be invited or not, but I got a call two months later! Too bad I’m already married, or I’d audition again!

Good luck to everyone trying out!

So FH and I are trying out on August 15th!  We each have to take and pass a written test; if we both pass, then we have to each pass an interview.  If we pass that, then we get entered into a pool of contestants from which the show picks.  SO, it seems like a bit of a long shot.  Additionally, FH and I tried playing the online game, and neither of us was much good, lol.  Anyway, we just thought it might be fun to try out.  Anyone else auditioning?
