Well maybe I will just start something for next year! The thought of the turkey does freak me out a little though. Even though I love to cook, the meat is always what gets me! I usually make FI take care of the meat. I'm just afraid I'll undercook it or overcook it.

Why does every post on here always end up being about food and making me hungry??? LOL

A Turkey freaks you guys out? MY FMIL shoed me out to break a freaking chicken apart. *shudder* After that, I think I can handle anything!

This is the first year I'm putting up a tree in my condo b/c Mr. RB is going to be here for 3 weeks during the holidays :)

Normally I just go to my moms!

I'm so excited for his arrival. We have e-pics & another engagement shower! My mom was feeling generous & bought us like 10 things off our registry earlier this week! Yay! I got my dutch oven, my remaining silverware settings, mugs & a gorgeous decanter! haha we have to register for more stuff b/c my family keeps buying the stuff up...

Awww that's so great! But... man, then you're going to have to move it all DOWN there! This is the lamest question in the world, but does your tree have a theme? Or a color scheme?

I need to run to Wal-mart real quick, but I'll be back in like, 20 minutes!

What did you get at Michaels?

You just reminded me: I need to buy more stretchy bead wire! I'm creating these hanging crystal things for our tall centerpieces

The big move won't be that much... probably like 20 boxes only! I'm selling all my furniture (minus some mirrors, leaning book shelves, my piano & couch) We're going to put it on a truck & forget about it. It could be delivered 2 weeks after I arrive or 2 months lol. Luckily during the first few months I won't have anything to do but eagerly wait my Canadian goodies :)

I bought a ton of decorations from Costco! If I were to describe my color scheme- I'd say its going to look like a candy cane lol.. not intentionally! I ended up buying a lot of whites and reds. Seriously, I'll probably end up calling my mom and asking her to decorate my house! I've never done it before.

When I was a kid my mom would give me the tiny back corner of the tree & I really am just not that into it lol. I decorated Mr. RBs last year... it was terrible. lol

I'm heading to the mall now though for a few more Christmas presents... wish me luck! The mall is INSANE!

    I'll be back though :)
