mmm yummy! My grandma left a box of cupcake mix for us to make a while ago-haven't done it yet. Maybe I should go make some...
I saw the word "dunk" and thought it said "drunk"... my first thought it that some of them probably will be since it's a holiday meeting and we won't actually be dealing with the public. I wish I had a flask. And a way home.
I am having an unbelievably good day!!! My babies are home and are great... They are giggly and happy. My little girl is watching tv and the boys are outside tossing around the football... Life is good.
yeah get your "bake-on" pmerr! i need to go in the kitchen... and clean it! i keep putting it off. ugh, i hate hate cleaning chores!!!

Yay! I'm sitting here with about 48 deviled eggs in front of me.
I feel slightly creepy.
Plus my apartment sliding door is open cause I smoked up my whole apartment cooking bacon. I'm really bad at it.
Course I also just put bacon in the blender... so people probably think I'm nuts anyway.

Last night I made the most delicious apple crisp with cranberries!

DUDE! I've been on and off all day. I overbaked my cupcakes cause I wasn't paying attention :( and put bacon n the blender :) (I don't know why, but that makes me laugh)
Anyone want to help with my paper? I have about a page done of a minimum 3 page paper. This part is easy though because it doesn't require thinking, just repeating back the reading.
KM: I can't cook bacon either! It stresses me out!
Cupcake sound so yummy...just got back from the mall with FI and I got the most AMAZING hoodie from Gap for only $20 - yay!
I get to do a case analysis, then a 15 page paper on anything I want (due the 9th-writing it on Tim Hortons lol), gotta do a stakeholder analysis (due the wed after thanksgiving, no clue what that is-5 pages at least), another case analysis due the thursday after thanksgiving, article analysis due the 11th, and a marketing plan due the 10th. ugh.
Oh... I have a funny bacon cooking story too. I was wearing a sports bra, had just come back from a run, and started cooking bacon then went to do something else. When I came back it was too hot and I ran to turn it down, but the bacon grease was popping up and splattered on my bare stomach. Don't cook bacon half naked!
Seriously, what's the secret to cooking bacon? I just can't figure it out!!! Mine is all greasy and smokes up the apartment, but my mom does it perfectly. And I couldn't call her cause she's on a plane back from Mexico.
@bvig - Ouch!! I've got bacon splattered on my arms before and it HURTS - I can't imagine it on my stomach!
Yeah it looked ridiculous but luckily no one really saw.
@KMSkull - I donno, sometimes I microwave it first to speed up the process but I like mine super crispy
Hello bees!! I don;'t eat meat anymore but I used to love bacon!! The trick to cooking it is using a GEORGE FOREMAN!!! I swear, it comes out crispy and not greasy and not to mention its not messy!!
I buy partially cooked bacon! I cook it in the over for like 3 minutes & tada! Perfect thick cut, yummy smokeless bacon! I hate using a pan & all the bacon fat... gross!
@amanda: Bubble baths stress you out, now bacon.. I'm making a list!
I just had the most terrible realization of how much I hate my job and want to quit. It's not nearly as bad as layla's thread about her job, but I'm still miserable. It hit me all at once. Weird.

I get a little nervous when a post gets too long... it should be fine, but I worry that it will increase the database load of the site!
I've never really cooked bacon. The only time I tried I fried it. I did try microwaving it without one of those bacon trays-FI just kinda made fun of me-told me that I needed to use one.
