Fi and I have a very small bridal party, just one MOH and a best man.  They'll both be running around with us, but my informal BBQ wedding in the park is going to need quite a bit of morning of legwork.  Lunch is catered, but tables need to be decorated and hanging decor put up.  I'm thinking of using a couple of out-of-town cousins and their fiances... they've been begging to help to get practice for their own weddings.

Who are you using to help you?

I'm in the same boat.  Only a MOH and a bestman, but I think I have a couple friends that will be willing to help set up.  I'm sure it will be a last minute decision of who helps though considering that some friends are flaky and our families aren't much that interested in the planning and prepping of the wedding.  But I'm trying to keep the decor simple for that reason.

I got a day of coordinator for this very reason! I want to be able to relax and enjoy my day (along with my bridal party/parents), not worrying if the candy table is set up, if the centerpieces are setup correctly, etc, etc. So for me, that seemed to be the only good option.

same here only 1 MOH and best man I am planning on going the night before after the rehearsal dinner to do a majority of the set-up for the reception. My sis (not MOH) and other friend will probably do the rest the morning of our wedding. Our outdoor ceremony is going to be very simple and will only take about an hr to se everything up. Gotta save where I can, so hiring someone for this sole purpose was out of the question for us.

I have a day of coordinator and the resort we're getting married at comes with a planner/coordinator. I'm VERY happy to have them to take care of everything because I want it to be a really relaxing day for my mother and I!
