I did and I worked out yesterday in fact. Today I’m SOOOOORRRREEEEE. I wish I could bring a heat pad to work but there are regulations against it . I could really use a hot bath with Epsom Salt though.

Two weeks ago I started crossfit… omg. It made me realize how out of shape I am, but I am loving it!

@NurseMandie: On Monday I did body pump and went up on my squat and back weight so my hamstrings and quads were killing me. Yesterday I was feeling guilty about some fall baking weight gain so I went to pilates and did a 2-minute plank without resting! Today my abs are on fire!

I am back at the gym after two weeks of being sick (blah) and I am feeling good. That first day was tough, though…

I run 6 miles 5 times a week with some core training and do water biking thingy 3 times a week.
I don’t get sore anymore

Couch to 5k on Sunday and Tuesday nights! Tuesday I made a big improvement on my time, so I am feeling really proud!

I run/jog 2 miles every other day and lift some on the bow flex a couple times a week but I just started a month long plank challenge and my abs are feeling it afterward! lol Not sore the next day though thanks to my NightTime Recovery from AdvoCare 🙂 Gotta run again tonight, I have three 5Ks in the next 5 weeks. I so love those fun races!

@NurseMandie: I have never been that great about working out in the past but now that I’m in the final stretch for my wedding I am super motivated. I have worked out every day since Saturday except Monday night! And I’m so proud of myself for it 😀 Back to the gym tonight, taking Friday off, then back at it Saturday & Sunday!
I have done a combination of working out at the gym by myself, going to classes at the gym & doing Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred at home on the days I can’t get to the gym. It’s been great so far, I’m just hoping to keep it up! I wanna see major results before February!

Meee! I’m going for my third time this week, and them im taking the long weekend off. Just looked at the workout online and I must say I’m scared.

@NurseMandie: I was at the gym for two hours on Monday and another two hours last night (treadmill and Zumba). Tonight I have plans so I’m skipping but I’ll be back tomorrow. I got off track after FI and I went on vacation, and I’ve noticed that my endurance is way down. Time to get back to work.
