Who's doing your cake?

Venue? Check. Photographer? Check. Florist? Check.

Wedding cake? Ummmm...

If you have any recommendations for a bakery in NH, please share! We want to do a very small two-tier to cut and then have cupcakes for the rest.

For me, the closer to Manchester, the better, but any reviews would be grealty appreciated.

we're using jacques pastries...they've been so easy to work with as i live out of state...and they are letting us do a smaller display cake and then a sheet cake for the remainder to cut down on costs...i tried some of their cakes at our tasting too and it was yummy!!  :)

We are also using Jacques Pastry! They do free cake tasting too - just did mine the other week. They are located in Suncook (had no idea where Suncook was before we went there) it's next to Hooksett. And because I'm sooo excited about our cake, I'm going to attempt the paste a picture of what we chose. I hope this works - it's my first time trying!

ok - obviously that was WAY big... on the other side of the cake they engrave a red heart and will put our initials in it... :)

We looked into Confection Art in Wells, ME- it was too expensive for us, but his work is gorgeous.

Hiya Ladies

We are having Nothing but Cakes make our wedding cake. We are getting married in Plymouth- so we checked out NBC in Concord first, and two up in the Plymouth area.  Even though the two bakeries up North had good cakes - we could not stop thinking about the cake we had from NBC. It was so light and fresh! (plus the Baileys Buttercream is to DIE for!)

We are getting charged a bit more for transport because of the distance, but without the transport fee- she was cheaper than the other two.  We are doing a 3 tier cake, with a smaller side cake.

She was just featured on NH Chronicle. Here is a link to her contact information: http://www.wmur.com/chronicle/15969898/detail.html .

Enjoy! :)
