doing it myself! i do what i like and i like what i do!
I paid to have my hair and makeup done. Best use of money every, my hair and makeup stayed perfectly all night. If I wouldve done it myself, I wouldnt have looked so good halfway through the night.
My good-with-makeup bridesmaid did mine and I was perfectly happy with it. It wasn't worth the money to me. Another bridesmaid did my hair.
I'm doing the make-up myself. I love putting on make-up and the make-up I buy/own is high quality and lasts forever during the day. I'm just used to doing my make-up a certain way, and I would rather look like myself on my wedding day.
I voted that I know someone who does makeup professionally, but this girl is also a close friend. I'm lucky!
I did my own makeup on the day of the wedding. I had scheduled a Makeup artist, but it fell through at the last minute, so I ended up DIYing it. It turned out fine and I found it kind of relaxing, actually.
Its nice to get pampered the day of the wedding and have someone do it for you, but it can be expensive, especially if you are going to do a trial first. I got a trial done myself, and didnt like the results, so I am going to do it myself.

I'm torn about whether or not to get my makeup done. I'm trying to decide if it's worth the $60. Plus, our ceremony is at 1:00 and our reception is at 6:00 so I'm going to have to do a lot of touching up on my own anyway--in which case, maybe I should just learn to do it myself. I'm so sick of decisions!!
