We're just staying in tonight and enjoying some good food and a good movie. Anyone else celebrating New Year's Eve at home? :)
We are! A couple friends might pop over. We'll probably just watch a movie and order pizza!
We are too. This will be our first tame new years together. Chinese food, movies and snuggling sounds like a pretty awesome way to bring in 2010 
I'm babysitting! Super exciting, right? My FI works the graveyard at Target (3:30 am - 8:00 am) so he'll be heading to bed at about 8:30 tonight. Since we didn't have plans before this,when a friend posted on facebook frantically looking for a last minute sitter, I figured why not? Might as well make some cash!
We are!! We're just too tired and the weather is crap. We're playing mario kart on our new wii!!
We're staying home tonight. We had thought about going to see a movie ("Up in the Air") but laziness took over and we decided to just veg out at home. Fiance is cooking (roasted chicken, potatoes and even a flan, mmm!) so we'll eat dinner in a couple hours and then we'll just stay in with the kitties. Fiance's parents gave us "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" on blu-ray for christmas, so maybe we'll just pop that in and watch that tonight :)
We are also staying in. Having apps, drinking, playing wii, and whatever else may bring on during the night.
We're staying in! I'm making Paula Deen's Italian Chicken and Vegetable Soup, which surprisingly has NO BUTTER in it and looks pretty healthy. Ordering pizza sounds pretty darn good too, though.
I'm staying in! FI works at a TV station, and he's there til 12:30 AM or so. I was invited to a party, but I'd have to take a cab, and the weather is crappy, and I'm tired from traveling for the past few days, and there's a couch and a new issue of Martha Stewart Weddings calling my name.....
We are staying in as well, I work tomorrow, so we are spending the night with Chinese food, and snuggles. It is kind of nice considering this is our first New Years in our first home!
We are! And it sucks because we got invites to 3 different parties this year. That never happens! But I just had surgery on Monday and I have a 2 inch scar on my back now that needs to heal. So we thought it'd be best if I just stay home and take it easy. It would hurt a lot if some drunk person bumped me at a party or someone hugged me too hard.
One of my friends just called me while I was typing this to coerce me into going to their party. Maybe we will go just to watch the ball drop or something. But as of right now we'll be staying home most of the night! Our first New Year's as a married couple!
I kind of wish we were. We did last year--but this year my fi relatives are having a party. Hopefully, I'm not bore to sleep by it :(
We are! We do ever year- order sushi, drink margaritas, and watch the fireworks from our roof. It's our little tradition. We like to spend the beginning of a new year together, just the two of us.
And now this year Jersey Shore is on, so we're definitely not going out!!
We are but its because its the one year mark since my FI father passed away so we are staying in and my FMIL will probably come over for some movies and just family time

I'm staying in...the boy has to work and I feel like loungin in my pjs, eating some food, and watching some tv. I've never been big into New Years.

Yay! Count me in too. Just ordered a pizza and salad from Bertuccis, and we're in for the night :-)
We stayed in. We had two events we could have gone too but we both just wanted to wear our pyjamas and stay in with the kittens. Comfy!
The FI and I are...He is currently complaining that he feels like an old couple but we decided not to spend the money to go out when we have enough food and alcohol here to survive the night lol. Glad to see we arent alone =) Happy New Years Bees!!!! I wish you all the best, you ladies are so positive and awesome, glad I found this site!!

@ Mis Booboo - That's a nice tradition! I wish we could see fireworks from our window, unfortunately no one around our neighborhood lights up fireworks, lol.
I wish we were staying home! We got invited to a friend's party at her house, and I have trouble saying no in these situations. My husband and I were just talking and decided that next year, we're just telling everyone when we see them for Christmas that we're staying in.
I'm staying home! I'm happy to be in too. I went out last year and just don't feel like it this year--plus I'm broke. I'm happy to spend the night in watching the Twilight Zone marathon on Syfy.
We're staying in too! Grilled steaks and made bruschetta to go along with them. Watching football and probably playing some Wii. Pretty excited about it actually!
staying in... was attempting a nye party but people called and canceled so its me, my puppies, a glass of wine and my husband <3
we are :) I made a good dinner, we're watching a bunch of movies, and we're having brownies at midnight! We stayed in together the last 2 years and we had 2 very good years... I see no reason to mess with our streak heh
We are at home! We went out to Chili's around 4 for an early dinner (and ended up only eating the appetizers and taking the majority of our dinner home) and now we are just watching TV at home.

We're staying in, we were going to play board games but I dragged him to walmart to pick up necessities (TP, etc. lol) and we got into an argument, so now I'm getting the silent treatment. What an awesome way to ring in the new year. Hope everyone's new year is better! :)
We're staying in. After over 3 years together, this is our FIRST new years eve together! (FH's always has been OOT visiting fam). He came in last night, there is a snowstorm going (and scheduled to go allll weekend), and we're cozy at home with great champagne, steak, roasted winter veggies, salad and key lime pie (doesn't fit the theme, but I LOVE key lime pie!).
We're browsing Movies on Demand for some crappy horror to round out the night :)
My FI and I are home too. He has work in the morning and is asleep on the couch next to me. We had steak for dinner too! Very tasty.

I'm also staying in! 2 kids are in bed already, and my husband had to work tonight, not really celebrating, but staying in. My plans were to have the grandparents watch the kids so i could go and do some painting at the house we just moved out of so we get all of our deposit back, but go figure the grandparents are sick.
We're staying in tonight and I'm loving it. :) We went to a party last night, so I wanted something low key tonight. We made fondue in our new fondue pot and now I'm super stuffed with delicious cheese!
Yup! We did this last year, too - champagne, good cheese and bread and other yummies and mario kart on the wii. Much more fun than going out and dealing with the crazy drivers.
We're at home! We had home made turkey burgers and potato salad for dinner and are now watching The Twilight Zone.
i am. i was going to go to my church's annual celebration but i just can't motivate myself to get dressed to go outside. so i'll be having pizza and chatting with the bf on the phone. he's 3-hrs ahead so i get to celebrate the new year twice. 
I am.. boy i feel like a loser... Im playing computer games Left 4 Dead 2. bLAH IM BORED

I'm staying home...with my parents!! My husband is out of town and they are in town. I sort of wish it was the opposite. Don't get me wrong, I love my parents but I would much rather ring in the new year with my love than the 'rents.
We're having a movie marathon though and we'll watch the ball drop at midnight (only 2 hours to go!!). I hope the rest of you are having/had a great NYE!!
We are staying in, and doing NWR crafts for my Future Sister in Law + her Husband who have a great webcomic (MonsterCommute) and sell lots of fun things like buttons and fur monster bags at Comic Cons. Tonight... we are making 1000+ buttons and my fingers are already numb! :o)
But we do have Champ Punch and lots of Bruschetta (sp?)
