Here! I can't believe it's ending either this better be a good one! I wasn't too impressed with last week's episode so I hope they make up for it and answer some questions. I love watching the recap-it's so good seeing old characters.
It's a holiday in Canada (celebration of the Queen's birthday. Not sure why we still celebrate this but I'll take the excuse for a day off and a BBQ. Also the unofficial launch of cottage season up here.), so tonight there are tons of fireworks displays etc. I'm staying home to watch Lost. LOL! Sorry mom and dad!

I'm gusesing Desmond has to go down the glowey hole. And then I'm hoping he comes out as a white smoke monster and has an epic battle /w the man in black smoke monster :p.
The island sinks (remember the shot at the season premier of the island underwater?!?).
Jack wakes up at some point back in the bamboo field.
Sawyer dies defending Hurley.
Now I'm just making stuff up... what do y'all think is going to happen? Twenty minutes!!!! Eeeek!!!
I am! I've been dating my fiance almost as long as I've watched Lost! It's so sad to see such a brilliant series come to an end. It's definitely the best writing, plot and character development on television.
I know i feel like it's the end of an era!!! :-(
I don't know if I liked the ending. They did end it alright but I thought it would be better.
I totally agree! i was a little disappointed that there weren't more questions answered! And now I'm confused about them being dead - were they dead this whole time!?! Or did they die on the island or in the plane crash or from the nuclear bomb?? Any good thoughts/theories on this!?
I did landscaping all day and stopped at 6:30 to watch Lost. Well I started watching the recaps at 7:00 and fell asleep ay 8:30. I can't believe I didn't make it through the finale. Hopefully I will have some time later tonight.

is that what happened on the Island really did happen, however this season with the Sideways world was really just purgatory off the island. I wasnt too happy with the finale but I really didnt expect to be. My favorite parts were seeing everyone reconnect and remember, which wasnt a huge thing because it wasnt real :(
I'm confused too, I think they made it pretty clear that they all died from the plane crash, especially with those last seens of the crashed plane with nothing around it. But people keep saying thats not when they died. That Jack died at the end in the bamboo field. What?! Seemed like they all died to me. And, their "lives" on the island existed solely so that they had a purpose? Confused!
@Naangel, I agree. I liked the episode, I didn't like how it ended. My favorite was the Claire & Charlie scene when they remembered.
Christian told Jack that some people died before him, some died after. So the people that died on the island I really think died on the island (Shannon, Boone, Sayid, etc). And those who got off the island (Kate, Claire, Sawyer, etc) died after Jack did. I do think that everyone that happened in the first 5 seasons really did happen (on and off the island) but the flash-sideways this season was just an "imaginary" story of how they all got brought back together so they could help Jack pass purgatory. Confusing show, Im happy its done though. I wouldve stopped watching a couple years ago if I hadnt already invested so much time in the show! :)
I thought it was awesome. I can't stop thinking about Lost today, though it's fortunately taking my mind off the wedding which is 12 days away.
I hated how it ended... I stayed up to 11:30 to watch it and it was such a waste of time.
