I don't know if it matters. I flip flop with our wedding stuff. Our return address stamp says HisFirst and MyFirst, as does our wedding website. But our STD and invite my name is first.
I have been told that traditionally, the bride's name goes first.
Traditionally the brides name goes first on everything!
Then once married the husbands name always goes first!
Since I bought it before the wedding, I did hers than his (I got a stamp just like yours). I'm using it on the thank-yous now, and I don't think anyone will notice. People notice etiquette much more leading up to the wedding, I think.

Hello Hive,
I am going to order an address stamp to use on save the dates, thank yous and whatever else pops up! It is going to be first names only since something will be sent out before the wedding and other will be mailed after. So my question is whose name should appear first?
I searched etsy and other blogs and have seen it both ways:
his then hers vs. hers then his
So what did/would you do?
