No he didn't jack Young & The Restless' music...LOL! That darn Tyler Perry. I am looking forward to this movie as well. His movies without "Madea" seem to have more depth/better acting. I love "Madea" now....but his non-Madea movies are better executed.
Yep I totally agree!! And I.LOVED.THE.FIRST.ONE. Shoot this makes me want to watch it right now!! It comes out April 2nd!! That's like a day after my 21st month-aversary lol!!
Yeah he rocks!! I will say that Why Did I get married is like his best movie (IMHO)... and Madea is nowhere to be found. Diary of a Mad Black Woman is a close second.
April seems so far away but I know it will be here before I know it. "month-aversary"...that's funny.

I love Tyler Perry!!! I was an extra in Meet the Browns, and although I did not technically meet him, he walked right by me and I could hardly see his face he is so tall lol
I loved the first "Why did I get Married?"!!! I cry like a baby at all of his movies...except for the last one...and the one before that. Tyler Perry is a gifted man!
@tbk: i haven't seen meet the browns i don't think... i would go to all of his movies with my cousin/best friend, but i haven't been home in a while to go with her...
@tbk...despite the fact that Angela Bassett had the lead role I think "Meet the Browns" is actually his weakest film to date. I just watched it on SOD (Showtime On Demand). I must admit though...I did LOL when Madea was fighting the police at the end of the movie...the police could barely keep a straight face...LOL

@ JA Bride I TOTALLY agree w/ you! I LOVE Angela BAssett but I just don't know whar went wrong with that one! It was terrible and I am a die hard T.P. fan!
Im really looking forward to part 2! I just hope and pray Janet doesn't get much scene time because her acting in the last one was horrendous which was really sad because I felt the rest of the cast had great chemistry! Oh yeah Malick Yoba was terrible too but I just thought that was because of Janet lol

@Dream...I think janet did OK...she was just enunciating TOO much. I didn't need to hear EVERY consonant and vowel....LOL! "Perfect Patty messed up!" *rolls eyes*
@crebre...yep...that's the one. His worst film to date. It was like he just threw that one out there as a placeholder or something. I think he was working on the sitcoms at the time so maybe that contributed to the awfullness of that movie.
I love Tyler Perry I believe Why Did I Get Married and A Family that Preys is some of his best work. I can't wait to see this movie.
I have never seen A Family that Preys but I loved Why Did I Get Married and will watch it over and over and over lol!!!

My new favorite T.P. movie has got to be, I Can Do Bad All By Myself. Favorite line was "Slam it again heifer!"
I haven't seen I can do bad either. I have been out of the loop this past year... I need a TP weekend where I can just rent all of the movies lmao!

I thought the movie was AWESOME!!!! Love the(you know who) at the end and I must go back because in the midst of all of the women screaming in the theatre when he appeared (including my future sis-in-law and myself) I have no idea what he said at all. Go see it
I loved the movie. Looking forward to more. Now that the rock is going to be in them.. lol. Janet was great as usual..
Um, I didn't like the ending with 'The Rock' I was a bit off put by that. All in all, nyeehh, an OK movie.
I just rented this a couple of weeks ago. It was kinda depressing :( Janet Jackson was AMAZING though!
