I know i love doggies so much! im afraid of one day being the Dog lady LOL
LUCKY!!!!! I've been trying to convince FI for years to let us get a dog. He says "you barely clean up after yourself, why would you clean up after a dog?" It's true I'm a messy person and he's a clean freak. Damn me!!!! I had a rotty with my ex and I took excellent care of her, but we travel too much right now and don't want to put burdens on others to take care of it.
@Ryansgirl: HAHA see I am more like your FI and my FI is like you! I am the dog person.. he has had dogs in the past but never really kept them.. now our Chi mix is his baby girl.. he spoils her to death. He got a rottie but he passed away :( he didn't make it through the anesthea when we took him to get neutered. that is why he didnt really want to get another doggie right away. He wants another big dog but with our little chi mix i would rather get sometihng that isnt going to be so huge dont get me wrong i LOVE rotties i grew up with them. But they have alot of problems :(

well she is officially MINE :)
i have to take her to the vet today for a checkup and shots.. She is having bad seperation anxiety :( my dog and her are getting along pretty well.
@jaylovessteez: Good luck at the vet today! She looks so sweet!
I think a lot of dogs that have been abandoned have seperation anxiety. I'm sure over time it will get easier.
OMG she is adorable! I can see why you couldn't say no, I would have done the same!
Thanks everyone we love her. she is a handful, she loves playing rough with my other doggie but my doggies doesn't really like to play rough.

Everytime someone is trying to get rid of a doggie... I have to consider getting it LOL So my friend posted a picture of a puppy they found on the freeway. She seems to be about 6-8 months she looks like a basset hound-beagle mixed with something else. She is SOOOOO CUTE! well i finally convinced my FI to let us have her for our home. We go check her out Sunday to make sure we really want her. She is SO adorable, I just really hope she gets along with my Chi Mix because she is the princess of the house.
