Can you find the shoe (or a similar one) in red and add an embellishment? Maybe DIY the flower or perhaps someone on Etsy Alchemy could make it?

They are more burgundy-- definitely. But, if you love them, I would order them-- endless.com has free return shipping and free overnight shipping. Get them home, and try them, sometimes it can be hard to tell from an internet picture. You may love them so much you can live with the burgundy. Personally, for me if I wanted red shoes for my wedding dress, those would be plenty red enough-- I think they're so elegant.
And, if they don't work out, you're not out anything!

I feel your pain about the lack of "no red shoe" love. I want to wear these shoes for my bachelorette party. BUT I really wanted to wear a black dress with red shoes, I can't get over how much I want red shoes, AND I want these in red! BOO!

Even if you were looking for the cherry red color instead of the burgundy red I would get these...for one becausse they are absolutely HOTT!!!!!!!!!!!!! second, because no one will notice the cherry vs. burgundy color differentiation except for you...

I am so bummed these don't come in red...they are my ideal wedding shoes except for the color, and dying non-dyable shoes freaks me out (I read its has a lot to do with the amount of polyester in satin nowadays, that unless the shoe is specifically made to be dyed then you shouldn't do it). Anyway, aren't they lovely?
