OK, so.... I'm already married, but I love me some shoes. I love Louboutins above all... as y'all probably know. Last night I received my FIRST PAIR! I've wanted them for years but always found better uses for the money. This month I had a week unused vacation paid back to me and my husband said since it was mine, I should finally get my loubies with it. My grandmother in-law also worked at Neimans so I got a discount.
I just wanted to share photos with y'all cause I figured you could appreciate them! They are the No Prive Patent Slingbacks.

Please show me your Louboutins! or show me the ones you want!
Beautiful! I am so glad you posted this, because I have been swooning over designer shoes, and just cannot afford them for the wedding. So maybe down the line, like you, one day I will get there too! :) Congrats!
So pretty! And I love your ring, too! Congrats on getting them! I'm kind of lusting after these one for my wedding, because my BMs will be wearing green, and they can count for my "something blue":

Allllthouuuugh, I'd think if I got Louboutins, I'd want the signature red sole!
Thanks pengoala! I wanted louboutins for my wedding so bad but it just wasn't feasible... but a year later was still really special!
OMG @tntrav44 I've never seen Louboutins with blue soles. That's awesome!
I'm considering my Margaritas for the wedding, as my something blue, and I love how the red pops with the color.

If we do lime green for one of our colors, I'd consider these:
But I have my Manolo Blahnik Sedarabys I'm also considering (yes, not CLs..)...very classic.

@tntrav44: I wish I could find those Yoyos ... the blue soles are so hard to find. :( Gorgeous!
@vaness13181: I am jealous, I have been lusting after those for awhile. I recently saw them in pink and just about died.
Oh wow, how I love Louboutin. I don't think I can afford them...ever....but I will gaze from afar.
@techie: I knowww. If I could find them anywhere, I might spring for them. I love them. But for some reason I'm thinking that I read that they were custom-made. :(
@tntrav44: OMG those shoes. I'm drooling. That's my green color too. No more shoe shopping for me for a while though!
@vaness13181: Don't know if I've told you this yet, but these shoes speak for themselves. I am so jealous! :)
ok ladies, since you all know so much about your loubs, maybe you can help me with a riddle. while in san fran for a weekend a few weeks back, i saw a pair of CL Open lips in fuschia suede at....wait for it...the nordstrom at city center. didn't even think any nordies carried loubs. anyways, i come home a week later and google them, and it is like they don't exist!! i only see the red and black ones...no fuschias to be found. AND i was there with my friend who remembers them too, so i'm not crazy. anyone have any idea where i can find this mirage of a wonder?
@Ms. Meoweson: I think I saw them at Bergdorf's.. Try there, and good luck!
@Ms.Meowerson:

sorry I can only find these ones but I have seen the one you're talking about before I cant remember where though.
these are my shoes CL Margot - Limited edition
My first and only pair! Simple 100's in a nude patent. I, unfortunately, don't have a better pic... but this pair is so special to me because I bought them in Paris, in the original Louboutin store!!
@Miss Damask, @SerenaSF, @pengoala: Thanks ladies!
@Mrs. Meowerson: Only select Nordstrom stores have a designer shoe salon where they sell Christian Louboutin. If you go into any Nordstrom, they should have a book in the ladies shoe salon that has all the CLs they sell in the designer shoe salon (and if they don't, they will call one of the high-end shoe salons to get the sku for you). The Chicago store was sold out of the turquoise Ron Ron's that I ordered, so mine were shipped from a CA store. And not all of the designer shoes are on the Nordstrom website. Best of luck!
These are my loubies i purchased for my wedding in September. So excited to wear them. Fifi Strass pumps :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE the Prorata 90mm in navy!!! Sadly, I lusted too long and they have sold out. :(
I'm hoping a pair will surface in the next 2 months!

@NinaS: Those are so perfect. SUPER comfy (love Simples) and obviously you can rewear them after the wedding.
@lthai: Jealous! I'm on a serious shoe ban because of the wedding.
@Mrs. Meowerson: I'd research for a Nordstrom you can call as vaness said. Have you considered calling a boutique? An associate might be aware of where you can find it too. I've seen it in red and black, but not fuschia!
@vaness13181: Curious..are you on the Purse Forum?
@Luxuryshoegal88: AHHH volcano strass!!! BEAUTIFUL!
I don't have a pair yet .... I'd love some blue sole for my something blue, but feel like my first pair should be the classic red!
Oh, and thank you for shoe porn and ring porn in the same post!! :)
I'm on the waiting list for these shoes and it arrives between july-sept!!!!!
I simply cannot wait until I get them!
Its in Nude.
@techie: I am on the Purse Forum :) I haven't posted in a looong time though! I mostly hung out on the Jimmy Choo boards.
girls you can have the soles painted blue for your wedding then painted back to red for use afterwards. a girlfriend of mine did that with hers ;)
WOW this thread has blown up in the past 24 hours. I'm DROOLING! I wasn't originally planning on buying a pair, but MAN, after looking at all of these beauties, I might start saving.
@CookieBee: What kind of paint? I'm not sure I'd be comfortable painting a $700-$900 pair of shoes :/
@tntrav44: omg don't paint them yourself! take them to a shoe repair place! there's a great one in NYC that does them and they're very popular for repairing all type of shoes but all the girls i know take their loubs to this place and have the red soles repainted and general touchups if needed on the rest of the shoe, the blue sole is just a little extra i think ;)
@CookieBee: Haha ok, I was gonna say, holy crap! I wonder if we have anyplace near around Pittsburgh that does it. I've never heard of people painting the soles of their shoes. Thanks for enlightening me!
I am a big shoe gal and shoes were one of the first things I went to find! I knew right off I wanted CL's! Sooo happy with them! Please excuse the not great photo

So while I love heels, I can't wear them for more than 10 minutes lol, and FI is only about 2" taller than me, so I opted for flats. But I loooove them. This is a bad picture, but they are beautiful!
@tntrav44: any time ;) check on yelp.com for a shoe repair place near you! definitely call and ask if they've done something like that before and make sure you read reviews!
NauticalBride2011 I absolutely adore your shoes!!! I'm looking for flats too!
@insightstyle: Saks still has them! Although limited size. One pair of 8.5 magically showed up and so I snatched them up. As a warning, they run small....I'm usually a 7.5-8, but 8.5 was definitely the size that I needed.
@techie: That 1st pair!!!! I die!!! So gorgeous.
All the shoes in this thread have me drooling...
I'm drooling all over my keyboard right now, stunning!
I was desperate to buy these:

They are my dream shoes. Alas they were 3K and were pretty much out of stock everywhere. But they will always be the loves if my life.
