Just thought it’d be fun to post why you love your dress! Maybe you are having some regret and need to show us bees your beauty. Maybe you just absolutely love it! Express your love for your dress here!
I love my dress because its flattering on me. It’s unique with a touch of glamour but classy. I feel like it can go with any type of season/venue/theme as well. I’ve had a bit of regret since I’ve had it for a year now. Ill wear it by march 2014! There might be more than one fabulous dress out there…just like men haha!! In the end you choose what you feel is right and perfect in your heart:)
I’ve been torn between ballgown and fitted. But I know this is the dress for me!!

@cherryblossomlove: i love my gown for lots of reasons. it’s very bridal and romantic, but also modern and glamorous. its fitted, which i wanted, because ballgowns overwhelm me – but not so fitted and boned that it’s uncomfortable. it’s got just enough sparkle, and i love the ivory color it comes in. 🙂

I love my dress because my FI picked it out of 20 that I showed him, 3 different times….and he has no idea that I ended up buying it and it was perfect for me – i told him it’s impossible to find THAT dress anywhere in this area! 😉 but i found it!

I wanted lace on my dress, but I didn’t want a lace dress. My dress has the perfect amount of non-beaded lace. It’s super flattering on me, and a twist on the traditional, so I don’t think I’m ever going to look back and regret that I chose something super trendy that now looks dated. Most importantly my dress is comfortable, and somewhat airy which I will need at my outdoor summer wedding.

@cherryblossomlove: Great thread 🙂 Nice, celebratory, and upbeat 🙂
I love my dress because it’s different. It’s pinkish, sparkly and mermaid. I love it because my BF not only encouraged me to try it on in the first place, but made the decision for us to pull the trigger and buy it, and that’s a great memory.
My dress shows my tattoos (which are almost all colored in now) and celebrates my flair for the absurd. It makes a statement of general “don’t-give-a-fuck”-ness to anyone trying to fit me into a box as a bride. My dress was first seen by me online, and it was my dream dress. It ended up being a great deal, and that’s another reason I love it.
Most of all, my dress makes me smile 🙂

It feels meant to be because of all the dresses I saw on Say Yes to the Dress over all the seasons, it’s the only dress I ever thought to myself…”if I were rich that would be the dress for me”. It’s fited lace with some accents that grab my curves right.
Being able to find it used 5+ years after I saw it on TV makes me feel very happy and lucky. I bot it for 1/3rd – 1/4th the original price and it’s still in new condition.

I think I might need some reassurance…I love my dress because it shows curves I didn’t even know I had!! I had originally had another dress, but it was messed up in alteration, so I popped over to DB and got this just in time. I might be questioning it a bit because the first dress was more “me,” but this one is gorg.

I love my dress because I think it’s classic and elegant with a kind of vintage Audrey Hepburn vibe. It shows off my waist, plus its comfortable and easy to put on and take off. The overwhelming comment I’ve gotten from family/friends is “it’s very you” which I think is a good sign.
Loving the dresses so far Bees, I think we should see more of them!

@cherryblossomlove: With all the posts about dress regret I think this is such a great idea!
I love my gown because it’s elegant, airy, and romantic. I didn’t think I wanted a ballgown but it makes me feel amazing and I look about 2 sizes smaller, which is always a plus. It’s the first and only dress I put on that made me realize I was getting married. I feel like it’s the kind of dress that my (hypothetical) daughter could wear one day.

I think you can tell even behind my blurred face that I’m smiling huge!
I love my dress! I damn well better… took me forever to find it! I love how fun and unique the shoulder strap is, and the ruching, and the sweetheart neckline. So far no dress twins which sucks when trying to compare accessories, but it AWESOME for uniqueness.

I love my dress because I have yet to find another bride (on the Bee, irl or on the blogs) that has had the same one!!
