I like nice things, but I want to know why they are nice. I don't just blindly purchase things. So I learned that china is expensive because it's "bone china." There are ground bones in the china to make it really strong. Weird huh?
But does anyone know why else it might be expensive? Is it just because it's usually purchased as a wedding gift and that they have us by the boobs because we all get so emotional about things?
FYI: I just realized that Crate and Barrel has really great well priced china. If only I knew that before...but I may still have picked my pattern.
Any thoughts bees?
