I know, oh man that’s a bummer. I used to love it on an asiago cheese bagel when I was pregnant…

Mmmmm, Panera. Now I’m craving their Mediterranean (sp?) Veggie sandwich. And the chicken salad w/ strawberries and blueberries and poppy seed dressing.

@Treasure43: My husband used to joke that I was going to in fact give birth to a bagel instead of a baby.

Also their summer strawberry salads, chocolate croissants and chicken caesar sandwich on crusty french bread…

I love panera bagels and that’s so sad about the cream cheese! However, I recently discovered their hazelnut cream cheese, with a french toast bagel, it’s stinkin amazing! So I’ve got a substitute I guess. (I had it this morning πŸ™‚

@Treasure43: Laughing cow has something that sounds similar. I wouldn’t actually know, because I have neve actually seen a Panera.

@mwitter80: OMG, Panera’s hazelnut cream cheese is amazing.  I love it!

@Treasure43: Sucks about your cream cheese. I always hate it when stores discontinue things I like. Now that it is discontinued maybe there might be other people out there trying to replicate the recipe.

I’ve never been to Panera but I love sun-dried tomato cream cheese. If you have one near you, Au Bon Pain has it. They have asiago cheese bagels too. It’s a great combo.

I used to love Panera’s chicken noodle soup….a few months ago they changed it and it’s not good at all anymore! I used to get that soup twice a week and I haven’t been back to Panera since!
