that's hilarious! We did have one with just names and not indicating if they are coming or not, but at least they gave us a last name to work with!
LOL, got a little bit hasty before putting it in the mail maybe? Polite phonecall would clear that one..
Funny as!
Wow. At least we can infer that Steve and Sue got it!
Ha ha...the funny thing is my other bff, Susan is married to a Stevie! Hilarious!
Def think a phone call is on order. Almost looks like their kid (are they parents?) filled it out for them!
At least it has names.... we are having a formal plated dinner and have gotten back two RSVP's withno names at all... just post marks from cities we didn'teven send invites to know how do you figure that out?
Hey, I've heard of people sending back RSVPs with nothing at all, not even the names, on them. At least you know which the absent-minded guests are!
HaHa, that is funny! I bet they are coming. The "old" types of replies basically said something like
Name & Name will attend
I would call lol. I'm assuming though since they filled in their names then they are coming lol. Too funny
Hahahah, I hope you had a good laugh about it. That's too funny. Steve and Sue forgot something!
I haven't had any funny rsvp's, but I've gotten a lot back with no name written on it, luckily I wrote a number on the back. I've also gotten a couple back that our guests decided to doodle all over. There are hearts and messages. Cute, but not necessary.
I received an R.S.V.P with no name no return address, just no checked on the invitation. People are so stupid sometimes
Haha! Hey Miss Britt, you and I are invitation twins! :)
We got one that said "Absof***inglutely!" instead of a name. Luckily, with only 90ish guests, we could figure out who did it pretty easily.
We got a couple of RSVPs back with no names, just a tick beside "Yes". We had numbered the backs of the RSVP cards though in case that happened, so we knew who the "mystery" guests were!
We had a couple like that! They were my mom's friends, so I had her call and ask what their meal preferences were because she confirmed they were, in fact, attending.
Ha...I can do you one better!
We received an RSVP back with absolutely NOTHING written on it. No name, no check mark to attend, no meal entree choice....nothing. They sent back exactly what we sent them without writing a single thing on it!
Sometimes I wonder what the heck people are thinking.
LOL OMG I would just cross them off the list! How hard is it to fill out the RSVP card..come on really!
@Edina, hi invitation twin! I would love it if I got one that said abso***lutely. It would probably make my day.
I was glad that they bothered to put their name on it, I will be so annoyed if I got one with not one thing written on it. A phone call has been placed to my FIL's to track down their response, since I actually have NO idea who these people are. So I am still in great anticipation of their response!
we had one which said that they couldn't attend but gave non naame and wasn't on a RSVP card!!!
We actually had the opposite problem - people would check that they're not coming to the wedding but didn't write their names in. We got at least 40 of those, but at least they were declines every time so it wasn't a big deal :)
I know I'm 6 days late - - thank you for the laugh. Its Monday and I sure did need this. I can't wait to get our RSVP's back...Shoot I can't wait to send our invites, haahaahaa
Haha. That's amazing! I'd think they were coming if they were that excited to get it in the mail!
Are these people old where they maybe needed glasses and couldnt read the small print? Thats too funny
That is pretty funny. That's why I numbered the backs of my RSVP cards with a glow in the dark pen. I think I got that tip on here somewhere. Fortunately, or unfortunately, I had everyone fill out their cards correctly, so I didn't have the fun of using the little black light on the pen. Haha. I think the pens were $1.50. If you don't have that pen, use a regular pen, and just write really small in a corner of the back of the card. Makes life easier since a lot of people tend to be a bit absent-minded. :)

I am sure that those who have already sent out invitations have head their fair share of RSVP problems...but I had been so lucky so far. Until I got this one in the mail today. I am sure they just forgot to check one or the other, but that part is kind of important!
Please share your favorite or least favorite RSVP cards!
