So I’m having a photoshoot, kind of along the lines of a “trash the dress”, except I don’t want to damage my dress. The idea is to do something very couture, high fashion, wild and crazy.
I’d love to do some very dark photos (dark eye makeup, black birdcage veil, etc.), some creative photos, some vintage photos, some unexpected photos.
The problem is that I’m lacking inspiration, and that’s where you come in!!! PLEASE give me some ideas, some photos (they don’t have to be bridal, they can be fashion photoshoots that can be adapted), anything you might have.
Details – my dress is a huge tulle ballgown, I have long red hair that I’d love to play with (gonna tease it into craziness for at least some of the photos), a very creative makeup artist – me – (I’m planning on painting on a masquarade mask for some pics), and lots of heels, boots, etc.
What can I do?!?!
Here’s a picture of my dress –

I’ve always thought about doing some photos in a cemetary. I think your style may lend well to such a historic area.

We actually did something a little interesting for our wedding photo shoot that I think could be totally adapted to a TTD. We found a huge graffitti wall in Ottawa and used that as our background….They turned out absolutely phenomenal and I think you could totally rock big hair and dark eyes and it would be perfect!!!
It really added to the amount of sassiness that everyone was feeling and the photos are some of my favorite…unfortunately I don’t have them back from the photog yet to show you but believe me!
