We did wildflowers for a family member's wedding. They were beautiful, but I have to admit they didn't stand up to the rigors of the day very well. They certainly were more economical than other flowers.

i would like to just have a bouquet for myself and that's it for flowers, however i don't know which would work better, wild flowers or hot house flowers? i really like the idea of doing wild flowers but i don't know how practical that would be. if i went with hot house flowers i would like to do the birth month flowers of me and my fiance which are carnations and lily of the valley. any suggestions of thoughts? anyone have experience using wild flowers in their wedding?
