My wedding is in August! 3.5 months away! I cannot for the life of me find wedding shoes! I need off white or ivory. I have wide feet but I wear high heals 4″+ all the time! I walk in heals dance in them etc. But Dept stores carry very few WHITE shoes, most of which my foot does not fit into. (size 7.5) My fiance actually bought me Jimmy Choo fairys which were super high, and too narrow, could not walk =(… Now returning another 3 pairs from my glass slipper. I have been to Norstroms, macys, bloomingdales, saks fifth, neiman marcus, freakin every where. I want plat forms with a sling back at least 4″.
Therefor one of two things need to happen…. kill off all the narrow feet women out there so designers have no choice but to make HIGH heal shoes for me. or Fn go bare food. Spend aboiut 2K on shoes so far(I obvi returned) but I can’t keep racking of the cc and waiting for the refund.
Can you tell Im frustrate? Uggh
Ps I really wont create a task for to rid narrow feet women. But I don’t know that we can be friends :/
ok im done

If you really can’t find anything, I’d recommend designing them yourself. My dress will show my shoes, and after searching everywhere for shoes that would match my dress perfectly, I threw in the towel and used shoesofprey.com and made my own. It took six weeks, and if they didn’t fit they would remake them for free.

I bought a pair of Dyeables. My seamstress sent them a swatch of fabric and for $7, they dye them the closest shade to that they have. For $14 (I think…) they’ll mix a shade to match it EXACTLY. So if you don’t find anything else, you could do that and it would match exactly. I’m having my shoes dyed one of our wedding colors

I’ve had such a hard time too! I’ve tried just about every place you have. I finally found a pair at DSW. I ordered them online, so I’m hoping they are ok. Like you, I have wide feet so finding dress shoes is always challenging for me. I really wanted a pair that weren’t really bridal, but that’s what I ended up with. Shoes and flowers have been my hardest decisions so far!
