Dont walk in with them on. wait till you got the dress on and then put them on. Im sure she will be fine and no you wont look like a wierdo.. well i wouldnt think you were.
i think for your final fitting you should wear them so you get an idea of the whole look. i dont know how big your mirrors are but they always have the 360 mirrors which helps a lot. I say bring a camera also so that a friend/family member can take a picture so you know how you look like in pictures. Hope this helps! how exciting!

The bust was a little loose when I tried it on last, she's taking it in as much as she can, but there's only so much she can do... so I told her I would get a push up bra to fill the area out a little better so I'm hoping what I got works!
or you can get those chicken filets insert things i think thats what ill be wearing with my dress for extra lift! congrats again!!
Oh, I went to all my fittings alone and had my seamstress take several pictures of me with my accessories-- headband on or off with the veil, etc. She didn't mind at all, and I'm sure she didn't think I was weird. And if she did, who cares? Try not to worry too much what other people think of you-- most of the time, other people are way more concerned with themselves to worry about what kind of earrings you have on, you know? :) Those earrings are gorgeous-- love them!

I live in Chicago, my wedding was in Ohio, my final fitting was over a weekend me and my then FI went home. I brought my jewelry and my veil with me to my final fitting to try everything together. We even took pictures! My seamstress didn't mind a bit, but I also couldn't go try the dress on once I brought it home. I brought it home and it immediately went upstairs in a closet so my husband couldn't see it. I think your seamstress will be fine with it, I'm sure it's not the first time she's had a bride do something similar!
Love them! I say wear them. When else will you get to do something so fun? Actually, I think my consultant at DB mentioned that when I come for my fittings I should bring all my accessories and shoes with me...
Not at all! My seamstress told me to bring my jewelry next time (my last fitting) :)

well if that's the case then I'm sure my seamstress thought I was an uber-weirdo. I often scheduled my hair and makeup trials on the same day as the dress fitting so i could see how everything looked together. I would try on jewelry and my veil during the dress fitting too!

I wore my necklace and earrings and all she said was that she thought they were very pretty! I worry about silly things sometimes :)
@amariem! That's such a good idea! My hair trial is next tuesday, but my dress wont be ready until next friday. That would've been fun to be able to see them together!

...I show up with my snazzy new earrings I just bought for my wedding day?
I'm going in for my final fitting tomorrow (hopefully I get to bring my dress home!) and I really want to wear my new earrings to see how they look with my dress. Should I just wait and try the whole deal on at home? They're really dangly chandelier earrings. Would you think I was a weirdo if you were working on my dress with me and I popped in my earrings?
This might be a silly question, but I'm seriously wondering!!
