I would wear it if I were you. It would make you stand out in the pictures. And make SO wear at least a vest if he can. Just my opinion.

You can totally pull off that (Nicole Miller?) It’s not like it’s a poofy ballroom. Rock it girl!

I would say wear it!  I agree with the other poster that it’s not a poofy ballroom so you can totally wear it to a breakfast brunch

I think you can totally wear it!  I agree to have your DH dress up a little too, because people will want to take pictures with you.  And if you feel awkward wearing a strapless gown, you can always add a cardigan and a ribbon belt to make it a little more casual.  I think it’s nice for your guests to get to see you in your wedding garb, since they weren’t at the actual ceremony.

I would wear it if you want to, but like others said, as long as your husband wasn’t going uber casual it wouldn’t look to out of place..

FWIW I am dead set on wearing my dress on bumper cars after the wedding. No one is gonna stop me hahah.

I would wear it again.  What is your husband going to be wearing?

I think it’s perfectly appropriate to wear it. Besides the fact that it’s beautiful. ๐Ÿ™‚ I agree that as long as your H is wearing something that feels similar it will look fine.

You have a totally justifiable reason to wear your dress again – go for it! Now, I kinda want to throw some sort of half-year anniversary party and create a silly excuse to wear my dress again ๐Ÿ™‚

Wear it!  Your guests will be disappointed if you don’t–really!  I always love to see the dress.  FI’s cousin did their reception a month after their wedding–and it was pretty casual as well, but she wore her dress.  It made the evening feel more like a wedding reception ๐Ÿ™‚

Wear it!  I think you will enjoy it and your guests will love it!  I wore my dress the whole next day after our wedding, and it was great. Everyone else was in bathing suits and shorts, etc. but I rocked the dress for one last time.  ๐Ÿ™‚
