Ugh. That sucks!! But you know what? The weather people are very rarely right about anything :)
See if they can set it up so you're walking into the wind... that way no stray hairs/veil are in your face.
I'm sure it will be beautiful though!!!
Oh no! Do you have a back-up plan for weather?
Just some words of comfort: we were supposed to have rain and cold temps all day on our wedding, and the actual wedding day was sunny and reasonably warm for late September, and it didn't start to rain until late at night.
Just remember, you can't control the weather, so don't let it stop you from enjoying the day!
Have you thought about a birdcage veil instead of a more traditional long veil? Solves the veil-in-face problem.....
Oh no! Check on the weather channel and do a hour by hour check. Maybe during your wedding it will be OK? Is the reception outside as well?
Even if the weather peeps are right, it'll be okay! Is your reception outdoors? We had some cocktail hours and fancy dinners outside during our vacation last week, and it was incredibly windy. Everyone made the most of it with simple fixes like using plates and clutches to hold down tablecloths, and picking up the centerpieces when they were blown out of the vases. The centerpieces were bound like bouquets at the bottom, so they were easy to restore. Besides the hair-in-lipgloss thing (which an updo would solve!), it was totally fine and the dinners were still very elegant.
