We went to Wine World today and talked to them about some wine that would go with our dinner and desert. They sold us a couple of different ones that they recommended for us to try. Tonight I tried the Sergio Mionetto Rose. It is an extra dry rose sparkling wine, and my oh my, it is so good. It will be served with our dinner. I highly recommend it!!!

I finished off a whole bottle by myself Laughing

I will write that down and add it to my list to try.  Are you feeling all warm and fuzzy inside, that is what alot of wine does to me.

Oh, yeah, and a little numb too :-)

But it was so so so good !!!

I will be trying another wine tomorrow that may be served with desert, so I will give a review on that when I am done with that bottle :-)

I love sparkling wines, they are so good and easy to drink. I'm curious what wine you will choose for dessert cause typically sparkling wines are dessert wines. Not that it really matters I drink all sorts of wine with everything,I love it!

    ***Update:

I tried the other wine that they recommended for desert and it was okay, but not really a wow wine like the other one. The one they recommended for desert is LA FIERA MOSCATO PUGLIA. I was not impressed. It did have a very light taste and it was easy to drink. Also, the cork did not want to come out of the bottle. We had to use a screw driver and a hammer to get it out, and it wasn't really out. We had to push it down into the bottle; not a good sign.

I think we are just going to go with the Sergio Mionetto Rose for the entire reception. I did have a couple of cookies with it last night and it didn't taste bad with those, so I think it will do fine with the desert at the wedding.
