    Hi!

Any of your married folk out there wing it for your honeymoon? Flown to a location without hotel reservations? Or changed your hotel/resort upon arrival?

We have travelled to Aruba before, and I hated our location so we got out of a couple of nights and moved to another part of the island.   That is the only time we have done that.

Right now, we just cannot make up our minds on the second resort/hotel to book for part 2 of our trip.   Lately I have decided, lets just go there and see which place we like better and pray they have room!  FI thinks I'm crazy, but part of me thinks, it will be low season in Turks and Caicos and we are in a recession, so there will be rooms.

    What do you think?

We're doing this!  We're island hopping to Oahu and we didn't make reservations.  Whatever we find is where we'll stay.  It'll be more fun that way!

Oooh, what did you hate in Aruba? I think we might be going there for our honeymoon. Winging it on your honeymoon location : wedding honeymoon turks and caicos Icon Eek We don't really care to go anywhere that requires a long flight, and since our wedding is October 24th, we need something outside of the hurricane belt. Fiance loves it in Aruba, his family always vacations there, what did you hate?

@MsHymanRoth -  We stayed a few days on Eagle Beach.  I can't remember the name of the hotel.  It was fine, clean, nice service.  However, We constantly took cabs or the shuttle to Palm Beach, so we just moved to Palm Beach for the rest of the trip.  Eagle Beach is quieter and has more condos.

Palm Beach has more going on.  I didn't hate Aruba.  I loved Aruba, just wasn't too keen on Eagle Beach.

@MightySapphire - This is what I want to do! It does seem like it could be fun!  Are own little amazing race to the perfect final honeymoon destination :)

We did that in Japan.  Not for every city we visited but for a few of them.  It was fantastic!
