I once got a couple of holiday-themed cookie cutters (a snowman, a Xmas tree) and I thought that was a really cute idea!
Hot chocolate mix? You can put it in little jars. The kids at the preschool I worked at did that. I think they layered swiss miss, creamer, crushed peppermints, etc. I like the cookie cutter idea, too! Ornaments would definitely get used that time of year. A mug, maybe? you could get them in bulk I think.
We are doing a big monogrammed cookie at every place setting.
We are also doing a smores bar.
We are having a September wedding but giving Christmas tree ornaments as favors. I got the idea from Mrs. Corn and it's not really a holiday theme. I got my mom to buy 100 of those clear glass balls that you can fill from JoAnne's after Christmas and we filled them with sand (from the beach our reception is on) and sea shells (from the beach near his parents' house).

I am looking for cute winter wedding favor ideas. We were going to do candy wrappers with our pictures, but that vendor is falling apart. Anyone have cute ideas to share?
