- Vicki Toria make-up

With the winter wedding season upon us, I have had a few questions on my video site and from students asking me what sort of make-up looks compliment the winter wedding scene.
Firstly(and I know it sounds very sitting on the fence) there is no right or wrong and no black or white in winter wedding make-up. Now all the courtesy’s are out the way, I can suggest that going for a white mascara and trying to acheive the perfect snow queen effect might come over a bit cleche if there is no actual snow! Plus it could make you(or the bride in question) look a bit like a human iceberg.
Something more subtle might be to consider some of Mac’s pigments in white and cream that are a little frosted(Vanila pigment for example) they have a slight shimmer to them. They are perect to dust over the apple of the cheeks and in between the eyes provided they are not already very wide-set.
