Can you change the venue? iI you did not send invites  or STD out can you cut your list to 60? Its rude to sit your guest in the winter on an enclosed porch or tented area with heaters when some guest will be “inside”. Sorry if I hurt your feelings, not being mean honey. Make it a private wedding with very immediate family and friends if you can’t change the location. Or instead of a sitdown meal, have a cocktail reception, where the guests are standing with tall tables to rest their drinks on and they have light finger type food. This type of reception would be 3 hours usually. Just some ideas girl. 🙂 My wedding is in January 2013, and I would not sit some guests in a heated tent for dinner service when some got to be indoors.

You can get tents with insulation and heaters (more expensive, yes, but less “tent-like” honestly these tents are like proper buildings). Personally though I think someone is going to feel “left out” if they’re in a separate area/different room. Could you put long rectangular banquet tables in? I think this would give more seating inside. Not 100% sure though.
