Try Yelp :) I so miss the Dells, haven't been there since I was a kid. If you're a real foody - maybe Spring Green would be a better fit. Here's the link:
We got married in the Dells, on the golf course at the Wilderness. Our rehearsal was at Ravina Bay. It is not fancy by any means, but the have great food and an outdoor eating area on their patio that they light up at night. It is a great spot.

A few other good restaurant are Fields Steak House, High Rock Cafe, and River Walk Pub (also not fancy, but great spot).
We also liked going to the Showboat Saloon at night (We stayed there a couple of days after the wedding). I would highly reccomend stopping in Cheesecake Heaven downtown. We got our chessecake for the wedding there and always stop in when we are in town. It is AMAZING!

I know that it is by and large a family/kids town but Kingy and I decided we wanted to have a fun weekend away for his birthday so we're going to Noah's Ark. That said, I would like to take him out for a nice dinner (steak, sushi, sea food) while we're there.. any suggestions?
