I'm excited about the sea creatures, I would love to be Miss Seahorse! I'm not a great writer, so it's not really an option.
Haha....Well. I did apply, but I got rejected. = ( Oh well. Hopefully when you get engaged you get to be Miss Husky! = D
Me too! I've got a long wait though. :( Who knows what series they'll be on when I can apply, haha.
That's soooo sweet of your FUTURE Fiance.
It takes a few shots, so start now! :o) Miss Spaniel applied 3x and look how amazing she is!!
I wish I'd joined with more time before my wedding. If I had, I would have applied to be a bee. Oh well. I've been having just as much fun readin everybody elses blogs and boards!
I also wanted to be Miss Husky because our school mascot (where we met) is a husky! But my wedding is after the cutoff so I guess I'll haev to wait to apply till next round!
@Amaryllis you never know, no one's taken it yet, you can always hope! :o)
How long before you wedding can you apply? Like you said Miss Spaniel applied 3 times. Maybe if I start now... heh
I'm so with you on this. I am sooo jealous, but I know I wouldn't have the time to blog if I were in law school by then.
Hey Amaryllis! Here are the guidelines:
"You must have less than 8 months to your wedding date."
I applied once to be a bee and was rejected. I was going to apply again but considering Miss Pencils is getting married at the same venue the day after me, somehow I don't think my chances are very good at all. Ah well.
I wanna be a blogger. I applied and they denied but i wonder what the rules are on applying a second time.
I love every single new generation they've come out with since I started reading... I can't wait to see the sea creature generation but unless they have a mermaid, I probably wouldn't pick one- the ocean and I aren't really that great of friends. The other exception might be an anemone... that would be adorable!
@msmonicka you can apply again 4 weeks after your rejection letter I believe. It should've been in the email.
@msmonicka:perhaps ask a bee to read your blog and ask them what they think you should change or restructure. I think you have to wait a certain amount of time before you reapply like 30 days or something like that, but I'm not 100 percent sure.
It's so funny, I was considering not applying and then out they come with the sea creature generation. I really might sob if they have an octopus and someone gets it before me/I get rejected. My FH just laughed when I got so excited about the next generation. Work on those blogs, laydeez!
I would LOVE to be a BEE! haha If ONLY I was engaged!
Yes! We're having a long engagement, so it'll be awhile before I can apply. I know that I can get posts prepared and such, but I wish I could apply sooner.
Yea I mean, we're not even close to being engaged due to money issues, and plan on having a long engagement anyway (moving cross country, grad school, possibly living away from each other for a period), so I assume Miss Husky will be long gone by the time MY time comes around, haha.
But I definitely encourage everyone who has applied to apply again! Does anyone want to share their blogs for some tips maybe?

My boyfriend and I are pretty open about talking about our future together; we both know we want to get married, but at the same time, we are both seniors and college with little to no money, and we want to be able to pay for rings and the wedding ourselves.
Anyway, he knows about my WB obsession and had a good laugh every time he sees me on it, so last night I saw the post about applying to be a bee, I sent it to him right away with a note that said, "I wanna be Miss Husky!!!" The husky is our university's mascot, I knew he would think it was as perfect as I did. Anyway, he quickly messaged back, "But then we'd have to get married in just 8 months!" I loved that despite my constant blabbering about Weddingbee and our future hypothetical wedding, he was actually listening the whole time, and even remembered the timeline for being at "Bee Blogger."
Anyone else tempted by the calls for bloggers and totally jealous they can't apply yet?
