I'm running a 10K tomorrow (my first!) morning hoping to come in at the 1 hr mark. Wish me luck!!

My 5K time is 26 minutes so I think 1 hr is a reasonable goal to finish in. I also need these results to place me in a good starting corral for my 1/2 marathon in September.

Oh you make me feel pokey! I do 5k in about 35-45minutes (depending on the route/my day).

Good luck! (and I hope it isn't too hot).

I'm back from my 10K and I finished in 56.5 minutes!!! I shattered my 5K time at 23 minutes, too. The run was down by the beach and it was overcast and misting right before the race so it was pretty good weather to run in :)

Thanks for all the well wishes!

Ladies, if I can do this anyone can. I just started running at the middle/end of April with the C25K program. I've never been a runner in my life and my endurance was terrible. Now I'm running a 10K and actually LIKE it, haha!

@missmouse29: aww thanks! I definitely finished in the middle of the pack but it felt so good just to finish and make my goal that I didn't care!
