- Wedding: November 2011
Instead of a guest book, we plan to have a wishing well for cards and well wishes(which we will later add to our photo album). We have wishing tags and gel pens in a bucket, next to the well.
I have drafted a sign that I plan to frame so our guests will have guidance on how the wishing well words….. but the wording just doesn’t seem right to me.
The first section is in the third person, and the follow sections seem in the first person. I am not sure if this should be left as is, or changed and if so, how?
I welcome any and all suggestions or constructive criticism. 🙂
this is how it reads right now…
Well Wishes For
The Mr. & Mrs.
In lieu of a guest book… please share advice
and sweet words for a happily ever after
by writing well wishes, keys to a successful marriage,
or messages to the Bride & Groom,
and casting them into the wishing well.
We welcome your wisdom about marriage,
Love, and life. Or script a secret to being a
good husband or wife. Jot down a memory or
reminder of the day, or just draw a picture.
Thank you for contributing to our new life together.
We encourge you to sign your wish!
