Ok ladies i have discussed this with a few other members, but it is REALLY important for all of us too keep these conversations going. Please try and make it a point to cheak in with the group at least once a day. I know that alot of us, myself included have very busy lives, but just let us know how your day is going.
i am hoping to have weigh-ins from all 28 of you this week. Please have those into me ASAP i would like to have the results posted a bit sooner this week.

It’s been a bad week since I’ve been house sitting and couldn’t leave for much time at all! My closest gym is 30 min away!

I’ve been so busy today at work, I even came home and took a nap. But I got my butt up and did the elliptical, and kept within my 1500 calories today. I really want a drink but I am trying not to since I know it will screw up my weigh in in the morning. Even though I am only expecting a 1/2 pound to 1 pound loss. This weekend is going to be hard I have 2 parties to go to!!

I have not seen a number that low in years! In November 2005 I was a size 4/6 and by November 2009 I was getting close to 190. It’s been a struggle the last few years. What really excites me is I have this certain belt I always wear. I pay more attention to how that belt fits than to the scale. When I can tighten the belt to the next hole, It’s a very happy moment!

I was at 202.4 last weigh in and I am at 201 this week. Little less than last week but I am averaging at 2 lbs a week which I am totally happy with. That is my goal. Llast weekend I ate A LOT so the fact that I got all of my weekend pounds off plus some makes me quite happy.

I super lazy this week when it came to working out so I know I have to keep that up this week and not give in, this is my normal “I want to quite, this isn’t working” time lol, I have to get past that! I was a little bummed because last sunday I was 129.8! I haven’t been under 130 in a while! Hopefully I can make that happen this week 🙂

I believe I was showing 235 last week
This morning I was 236
I’m not that upset about it because I jumped back and forth all week from 235 all the way to 238 one day….I’ve been stressed and bloated (sorry TMI) and now I’m sick so I’ve been all over the place.
So, I’ll take a 1lb gain at this point lol

I pushed myself extremely hard this week and it paid off!! I didn’t think it was possible to have these results in one week, but I made some major changes and I think it has kick started my routine.

well ladies i hav to tell you this was not my week. PMS was not very nice to me but i can say that i am not that upset about my .4 gain
