I’ve posted here a few times, talking about my 6 year relationship and my SO’s fear of commitment. Since then, we’ve made big strides as a couple, and set up a timeline for both engagement (by August 2014) and marriage (after 6-9 month engagement).
So, throughout these 6 years I’ve felt like my SO doesn’t take much action when it comes to these things, so I took our agreement with a grain of salt. If we weren’t moving forward by our set August date, I was walking. I basically didnt want to raise my hopes only to be devastated.
Well, I was hanging out with my So and he was looking through his email on his phone. I saw something as he was flipping through. I non chalantly looked over and saw that he was recieving e-mails from an online jeweler. Since he’s pretty picky about things he signs up for, I’m guessing that he’s given this jeweler is e-mail information. Since I hadn’t seen it the last time I was on his e-mail (He had me sign on and send someone his resume) I’m guessing this is new.
He’s at least looking for rings! (I didn’t snoop to see if he’d actually put in an order or not) This is feeling a little more real!
