Hello bees! Going to start TTC in November and I have been kind of keeping track of when I ovulate- not temping or anything. I have read about the wondfo strips and can anyone tell me how they work?
would it be helpful for me to use those to get a better idea when I’m ovulating??

they are pretty easy – you pee on it (either on the stick or in a cup and then dip the stick into the cup). If the line is as dark or darker than the control line, the test is positive and you should ovulate a day or two later.
OPK’s are very helpful to know when to BD but they aren’t definitive proof you ovulated. Only temping can tell you fsee certain.
When I started TTc, my doctor told me to do all of it – temping, OPk’s, checking CM. that way, if I do have troubles conceiving, I have all kind of information for my doctor (for example, since I’m temping, I do know that I ovulate and exactly when. That helps him rule some things out if I have issues).
