MrsN14:  You are a woman after my own heart! I have a green kitchen, too. I LOVE (and hope to someday have) white cabinets. The backsplash and counter tops are beautiful! Are those granite counters? Plus I love the Mickey towels and the bible verse! Congrats on a successful reno!

Beautiful!

We are renovating my entire downstairs.  My cabinets and marble counters are finally installed, but we still need paint and a backsplash and the sink installed….We made my kitchen 2 feet larger by moving walls.

MrsN14:  Wow, what a change! It looks really pretty and I love the green! Did you repaint your cabinets yourself? I am considering doing that…

Awesome! I want a green kitchen. We are under contract on a home, so the renovations will start sometime in the near future 🙂

Looks great, i really like the backsplash!  We’re doing reno’s in our place.  We’re redoing the floors everywhere (tiles in the kitchen and wood everywhere else) and we just ordered a new sliding door with the blinds inbetween the glass for our kitchen.  We recently put in new granite counter tops and backsplash.  My husband built a fireplace he just needs to paint it…etc etc etc.  There’s always something.

Looks great!  We are in the middle of our kitchen reno, except we did the entire thing ourselves with the help of family and friends.  We have most of the countertops in.  Our kitchen feels so great, even though it’s not done yet.  Have fun wtih yours!

MrsN14:  Looks great! We’re renovating our whole house (total 1970’s time capsule). This weekend, we are doing the master bathroom. SO excited to transform it! The whole thing is torn apart right now, so we have to go downstairs to use the other bathroom, lol.

I love it and to me, it still has a retro vibe which is what I’m digging. Is that fabric over the stove, though? It’s going to get dirty and grimey from cooking!

MrsN14:  We are.  I had a flood froma  burst pipe, so we decided to completely remodel!  We are 7 months into the process.  My hubby is doing most of the work himself, as he remodels homes for a living, but it is taking forever because he can only do it part time.  We are hiring some things out, such as the painting, drywall, and some of the electric.  We are installing a 1940s era Chambers gas stove, so we went with marble to give the kitchen a more retro look.

Anyway, I really like the changes you made to your kitchen.  It looks really grerat.
